 Midge
We're so thankful to you for helping us find our joy again. Without your generosity and support, I just don't know where we'd be right now. Thank You Thank You Thank You.
We hope everything is going well with your ENTIRE family and look forward to keeping you updated on Midge's puppyhood.
Thanks again,
Curtis and Amy Hill. : )
 What a pretty little girl.....
Hi Kim,
Could'nt resist getting on you site and seeing your new family(s). We were so honored to see Midge's picture still on your website. Wow...she was small! She is developing into such a funloving, devoted companion. Very vocal! We'll try to weed thru the hundreds of pictures and send you an update. Thanks again for providing us with such a joy.
Sincerely,
Curtis and Amy Hill

 Crosby
Crosby has had a great first few days. He sleeps through the night for 8 hours and hasn't had an accident in the house. Of course, we don't let him be by himself very much! Our vet is very impressed with his health and the breeding practices of Dillon's. She's taken Dillon's card to recommend to other customers.
Crosby got his heartworm pill yesterday and will get his second set of shots plus flea and tick two days before we leave for Florida. I will certainly be glad to continue his house training in a warmer place even though he loves the snow!

 Crosby
Hi, Kim,
Crosby is having a great time wintering in Key West, Florida. We are very glad to be here for the housebreaking process as opposed to being in heaps of snow in Muskegon! It certainly is easier to just open the door than it is to don all that winter gear to take him outside.
Crosby is lots of fun, fur, and teeth. Oh, the teeth! But we know from experience that this too shall pass. He continues to be a very mellow dog, when he is not racing around like a bull in a china closet. We are so happy to have this little friend.

Willie - enjoying the comforts of home with his loving companions.
Thanks so much, Kim.
He sure looks like his mother! Especially the last photo. He's at the stage where he actually sees us and knows his name. I also decided for fun if I could teach him to sit and after three or so tries, he knows how to sit!
I'm continually amazed by him, both by his good temperament and how smart he is. Not too mention how loveable.
Julie
 Willie
Hi Kim. I hope you and your family had a good holiday. Willie, Mary and I graduated from the puppy obedience class with flying colors. Willie is one smart puppy! (see attached graduation photo). Mid-way through the class the trainer approached us and wondered if we had considered having Willie become a therapy dog! She thought since he is so smart and relatively calm:>) and likes people, he'd be a good candidate. We agreed - and were very proud!- and will start Intermediate Obedience in March. I think we then take one or two more classes including one on being a therapy dog. Yet again we can't thank you enough for bringing Willie into our lives. He's 5 months old now and weighs close to 60 pounds. We started taking him to Shaggy Pines Dog Park in December (after he had all of his shots) and he's becoming a puppy legend in his own time! He loves - and I can't stress that enough - to play with any dog who's willing. Inevitably he ends up on the bottom, never gets angry and always goes back for more. So much fun and love. Take care. Westin
Hi Kim,
Just wanted to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a happy holiday. Westin just got his last round of shots and he's up to a whopping 32 pounds!! How are his brothers fairing? He's doing fabulous here and all three dogs are getting along great.
Have a great holiday and enjoy some time with the kids home from school.
Jodi Berens and family
 Westin
Hi Kim,
Just thought I'd quick update you on Westin. Everything is going
great - just can't wait until all the snow melts so we can get out and
take more walks without slipping and sliding everywhere. Westin goes
in tomorrow for his neutering, but today went in for his pre-op
bloodwork and weighed in at a whopping 59 pounds!!!!! Needless to say
he's definitely growing into his paws. I was just curious as to how
his littermates were doing in comparison. He's doing great except he
still thinks he's an 8 lb. shih-tzu! He wants me to carry him around
in my arms like our littlest one. Try telling him he's almost 8x the
size. Hope all is well there.
Jodi

Blu - enjoying the Holiday season in Utah
Kim
Happy Holidays,
Just an update on Blu: He is so cute and growing leaps and bounds!
He will be a fixture in our Christmas cards this year.
Blu has been great. We have had so much fun with him.
Thanks for everything,
Sarah
 Blu
A Happy New Year Wish from Blu.
He is growing by leaps and bounds. We are having so much fun with him.
Yours,
Sarah
Kim,
Happy New Year from Blu,
He is growing so fast it is hard to believe he is only 5 months old. He
loves the snow and as you can see spends a lot of time digging. (As you can
see we have a lot of snow this year!) Mike has taken him on a few short
snowshoe treks. Blu's paws get a little cold after a while. We have not
bought booties yet! He has become very social with the neighbor dogs Abby
and Nebo. He sits at the window and waits to see if they are out so he can
play!
Blu is such a great dog.
The Holidays were so hectic I never did get a reservation in on your next
litters.
Do you still have any reservations left?
Please let me know,
Sarah

 Daisy
Hi Kim!!
You must be a little lonely without anyone in the nursery! But that'll only last a couple more months, eh?!! I'm not finding much time to sit in front of the computer these days--wonder why?!! Daisy is doing well. I can't believe how much she has already grown! She has a great personality! We are enjoying her enormously, and just like our human babies, we are torn between wanting herr to stay a baby, and wanting to see the beautiful young dog she will become!!! I'll send some pix when I have time!!!
Thanks again for a beautiful pup!
Kathy
 Daisy
Daisy @ 4 months of age....
Hello again, Kim.
I've been meaning to send you some 4-month photos of Daisy and the news about Titan somehow made it more important...See how beautiful Daisy is continuing to become! Looks like she got Sawyer's handsome profile--head and muzzle, and some of Allie's pretty honey color. She remains VERY EXUBERANTLY friendly to ALL people, especially little children, and also very active! She requires LOTS of exercise--the snow-covered hills are just the thing! The 3 year old little red horse, Rosie, is her buddy now; they run and run!! Hope you enjoy the pictures!
Kathy
 Daisy
Daisy @ 5 months of age....
Hi Kim!
Daisy (Allie x Sawyer) is 5 months old this week! She is SUCH a very loveable character! Here are some photos from the last couple of days. Note that she STILL loves to be picked up--she never struggles when Steven picks her up!!! She is about 45# now. Usually we think she favors Sawyer A LOT in her appearance, but look at the last picture--Allie, huh??!! We start puppy classes this month.
Now don't hold us to this, Kim, but we still might want a second dog. Way too early now, (!!) but we MIGHT come and check out Clover and Nash later in the summer. We'll see..!!
Hope your (long) winter is going well and all doggies and humans are happy and healthy!
Kathy
Daisy @ eight months of age
Hi Kim!
I'm enjoying watching your current litter getting bigger and more beautiful!
I had to send you this photo of 8 month old Daisy (Sawyer x Allie) being held by my youngest son Steven on his high school graduation day! As you see, she is growing up very beautifully! She still is a lap dog--anytime we are sitting on the floor! She is VERY friendly to ALL--wildly so at that! She continues to be a VERY active dog and requires a lot of exercise. Good thing we have 14 acres to run around on every day !(Remember how all her early photos were blurry because she was always moving?!) Although she learns fast, there are times she gets so wild that she just forgets everything! Almost like a child with ADHD!! We are persisting with her training though, and we are on our second course of "puppy class," not because she doesn't know the commands--she is smarter than the others by far, but just because she has a really hard time concentrating with all those other people and dogs around. She is by far the most gorgeous dog we've ever owned, and we get constant comments when out in public with her.
Best of good luck with your current and upcoming litters,
Your Friend, Kathy
Hi Kim!
Happy New Year to all of you!
Daisy (Allie x Sawyer) continues to mature and is becoming the lovely girl we knew she would! We start CGC and Therapy dog classes soon!
I continue to enjoy your website pix and drool at all the gorgeous pups!
Best wishes from Big Rapids!
Kathy

Hi Kim,
Here are some more pictures of Jake as promised.
He is adjusting to his new home, and the cats are tolerating him well, however Jake does not understand why the cats do not want to get down on the floor and wrestle with him!
Jake has lots of personality, is strong willed, and likes to play outside a lot. He learned to "fetch" really fast, and he proudly carries sticks in his mouth as we are walking around the back yard.
We have found that the more he plays, and exercises, the better his behavior is.
Potty training is going well, and he now understands what "no" means.
Jake is a very smart, sweet, and loves to cuddle a lot.
We feel very lucky to have such a great dog.
Sincerely, Rob and Christine
Hi Kim,
Just wanted to let you know that Jake is developing into the sweetest golden puppy! He is very playful, and loves our nieces, nephews, and the snow. He is doing well in his puppy class, and loves to socialize with his classmates. Jake has lost all of his baby teeth and has the cutest smile! His adolescent coat has lots of cream colored curls with light apricot highlights, and he gets lots of compliments every time we take him out. Thanks again for your dedication to such a fine breeding program, and thanks for such a wonderful addition to our family.
Sincerely,
Rob and Christine
Hi Kim,
Congratulations on the arrival of Marley/Sawyer puppies. They are adorable. I always enjoy watching the puppies grow as you post new photos.
P.S. Jake just keeps getting more handsome and sweeter by the day! We have taken him camping twice this spring so far and he loves it. He also loves swimming in the great lakes, and is very good at retrieving sticks out of the water!
Have a nice spring,
Christine

Hello Kim,
Pete and I thought you might get a kick out of seeing this photo. We bought this canvas tent as he has outgrown the carrier and we hoped this would be more comfortable and breathable for him. As you can see, Legend felt he needed a softer bed, so he figured out how to get up on the loveseat by himself. We've hidden and watched him move about the room and house in his 'pup tent.' If anyone ever wanted a smart and funny dog.......here it is! He resembles a hamster in a plastic excercise ball when he moves about.
Our whole family just adores Legend. We never saw ourselves having a big dog in the house, but this has been the smartest move we have ever made for our family. Thanks for such a great dog!
The Oglesby's
Hello Kim,
Pete and I wanted to send a couple of snaps of Legend. We don't get much snow down here, but Pete got him out today for awhile and he loves it. He's been able to play in the snow one other time this winter, but it melted off so fast it was a one day play.
He's doing really well and wanted to send a quit updated photo.
Take care and keep each other warm.

Hi Kim,
How are all your 2 and 4 legged children? We would love to stop by and visit if we could.Samson is just wonderful. He is loving, smart and just a little bit naughty. Just the way we like our puppies to be actually. We have some pictures for you attached. I wish we could have snapped one of him picking berries this summer. We have a bunch of wild blackberry vines in our backyard. Sam likes them - a lot! What's funny is he only picks the ripe ones.We are currently attending "doggie obedience class". This should actually be called "doggie owner obedience class". During each class all the puppies get to mingle in the center of the room. Sam prefers to visit with the people. As you can see in the pictures, Sam loves to be at our cottage and in the lake. He is a real water dog. No wonder, when we are not at the cottage, he is in the backyard swimming pool at home. When we must leave him behind, he stays with our retired neighbors (former multiple golden owners). They just love him and spoil him to death. He should never have to stay in a kennel. Lucky dog hey?
Jim Gietzen
Dear Kim,
I see you have a new addition to your kennel named Samson too. We wanted to say happy new year and tell you about our wonderful Samson puppy (80 lbs now)we got from you last summer. He is such a joy to our family. Samson is spoiled rotten, but he is a GOOD BOY. I will send pictures soon, he is absolutely gorgeous. He learned to swim just before the weather turned cold. He has loving eyes and just loves everybody and all other dogs too. We like to say he has a "wild hair" though. He gets excited and races around. He is so funny. He even sits with me and actually watches TV. He is such a good friend already. Samson has really helped all of us get past the loss of our last Golden, Sydney. Thanks again Kim and have a great new year. We will be in touch & send more pictures.

Hey Kim~ Just wanted to update you on Rudy and send you a photo. What a GREAT dog!!! He is not only beautiful but we think he's going to be the valedictorian of his puppy class! He is so smart, obedient and gentle. Since we got him off the plane 5 weeks ago, he has logged approximately 25 hours in the car traveling with us and has done beautifully. We had him at the gulf coast of Florida last week and he not only loved the sand and the surf, but he even rode the waves on the rafts with the kids. We are absolutly in love with our little Rudy. When we decide that we have the time to devote to another puppy you'll definitely be hearing from us. Thank you for our little blessing!!!
Merry Christmas from Georgia!!!
Hey Kim~ We thought you might enjoy an updated photo of Rudy with his "human litter mates" ! I can't tell you what a blessing Rudy has been to our family. He is absolutely the sweetest, gentlest, smartest and definitely the most beautiful dog that we have ever had. The kids adore him. He is 7 1/2 months now and weighs around 50 pounds and still likes to get up in our laps. Thanks again for sending us the best dog we could have found. Our family wouldn't be the same without him! Have a great holiday!!!

Dear Kim,
Just a short note to say thank you for our new little guy, he has been wonderful.
The 4 hour car ride home freaked him out a little bit, but once we put him in his new home, he settled right in and was great.
So far he has been the easiest puppy we have ever had, so its been a great pleasure. The kids and my husband have fallen completely in love. I think we are naming him Duke, not for sure.
We got him checked out by our vet yesterday, everything great of course. I will update you soon. Thanks for everything.
Your dogs are awesome.
Best,
Shannon

Dear Kim,
Thank you again for our beautiful boy, Tanner. He has exceeded our expectations. Besides his cuteness, he is smart, lovable and easily adjusted to his new home.
He is very well socialized and gets great compliments from everybody he meets.
Thank you also for your insights, patience and professionalism in the whole process of picking and buying our puppy. Your love for your dogs is very evident and I truly believe it is reflected in Tanner's personality.
---- The Todd Family
Hi Kim,
Happy New Year! A few pictures of Tanner in the snow. He was having a blast chasing the sled.
Hope you had a great holiday.
Steph
Hi Kim,
Happy New Year! I am attempting to send you a few pictures of Tanner in the snow. He was having a blast chasing Caitlyn as she was sledding. These were actually taken about a month ago. Hope you had a great holiday. We went to Florida and had a great time.
Steph

I Just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation once again. You are just great and you have made this process so enjoyable. We are head over heels in love.
Talk to you soon...
Michelle
Once again I have to express my appreciation not only for your wonderful breeding program but for how you care so much for each and every one of your pups AND for the families who purchase them. It certainly shows in Sawyer, Jr.!
Michelle and Xander
Hello!
Well, I just had to send this photo to you. Isn't he a doll?? He was INCREDIBLE up there! We couldn't get him out of the water.
I think I've given your name and website to about 100 people. In fact, if you think about it, let me know when you breed Sawyer again because my brother is so impressed with our pup that he is interested in buying one as well.
This is a "dream dog" - he is absolutely perfect.
Anyway, I just had to send this photo to you...
Michelle and Xander

She is such a wonderful dog! She has not had one accident in the house and has chosen out her toys that she wants ( from the select that we provided her!) I attached some pictures from today again thank you so much we are already in love with our new addition!
Just wanted to sent you some updated pictures of Clara. I think she really enjoyed her first Christmas, I know that she loves the snow! We made a small sledding hill in the back for the kids and she took it over and made herself and igloo, she likes to hide her soccer ball in there!

Thanks Kim . Chase is doing very very well. He is the perfect puppy! Just lots and lots of fun, mischief, and love - and getting very spoiled. I am amazed by his wonderful, calm disposition. He really is the perfect pet for us.
Hi Kim, just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we are enjoying Mr. Wiggles, our Chase. He is so intelligent and loving, and such a wonderful, calm disposition. He can be such a clown when he's in a playful mood. He has started puppy classes and has already learned to sit, stay, shake, speak, and loose leash walk. You were right also, he LOVES water. He sneaks into our pond or sits in our small fountain when no one is looking. He has become my son's swimming buddy. We are all just absolutely in love with him. As my son said, "he completes our family". Thanks again for such a fantastic animal!
